https://rajah.com/node/exclusive-details-james-ellsworths-attempt-have-accuser-robbed

As most of you have likely read about, James Ellsworth is being accused of inappropriate conduct with a 16-year old girl, who claims that Ellsworth sent her unsolicited nude pictures of himself. Apart from a brief statement when the story first broke, Ellsworth has remained quiet until earlier this evening when he released a statement claiming that the social media accounts that were used to send the messages were fake and created without his knowledge and consent.

This isn’t true. According to a very trusted rajah.com source, Ellsworth's statements are a cover-up to try and salvage what may be left of his pro wrestling career. On the night that this story broke almost two weeks ago, I have it on good word that Ellsworth contacted someone on the East Coast and offered this person "a few thousand dollars" to find out where the 16-year old girl lived and to steal her cell phone and destroy it. Ellsworth wanted this done so that she would not be able to take any of the evidence on the phone and present it to police.

I have nothing against Ellsworth, I don't even know him but these are details that I feel are pretty important to know as this story continues to play out.

Man, if in the end Ellworth can prove his innocence (because in social media, it's guilty until proven innocent), he'll have suffered so much bullshit through all of this. It's been noted that he's lost so much work since the allegations, and he'll likely not be able to recover, even if proven innocent.

I honestly hope he's guilty and it's proven so, because I can't fathom a world where it'll become more commonplace to point the finger at a famous person and ending their life with zero repercussions.

Geez, what is it with random people on the internet coming out and accusing wrestlers of things this year? Do they not realize they’re potentially ruining these wrestlers lives just so they can get some attention?

Well fuck, with airtight evidence like that, I say no need for a trial or anything. Let's proceed right to punishment.

Seriously, I'm neither siding with Ellsworth or condemning him but stupid shit like this pisses me off. This person has offered literally nothing but this will still prejudice people against Ellsworth who are stupid and gonna treat it like gospel.

This. These sites always claim to have 'insider sources'.

I wouldn't be surprised if Elsworth was guilty. I also wouldn't be surprised if he was innocent. But let's wait until we have all the evidence on the table from reputable sources.

The positive is, this is the wrestling business, if Ellsworth is proven not guilty, he'll still be able to find work. See Jerry Lawler. Except that was way worse.

Lawler's wasn't in 2018.

Time changes things, especially public perception of what's not accepted. Even if he's proven innocent, he's done.

She said she didn't because it was something that would be buried or some shit along those lines. You can look up the exact tweet in the big thread a few weeks ago about this. She deleted most of her tweets from twitter.

This is the most likely case scenario, I feel. I *do* think Ellsworth did it (but I want to give benefit of doubt), but posting it and outing someone like that in social media is a horrible thing too. Both events are destructive.

“If” is the key word. There’s nothing to base this off on other than the words of a random 16 year old girl who for all we know could just be creating this whole story just for attention. Everyone should be innocent until proven guilty, but that’s not going to stop people from automatically assuming he’s guilty without knowing any facts. Perception is reality in a lot of people’s minds, and that’s really unfortunate in a case like this where it will give someone a negative reputation.

If it's true, no, he should be dealt with by law, not by morons on social media who think because they saw an episode of LA Law once they can be judge, jury and executioner on a case they do not have the full facts for.

The only thing she has done wrong (if she is telling the truth) is not go to the police first instead of "Look at me, I've been humilated, I must go to social media and tell the world". That is wrong and will probably cost her even if she is telling the truth.

But if she's not, or legally Ellsworth is innocent? I hope he sues the damn lot of you.

By going social media route she's damaged him so even if he got away in court no one can say she's lying as she showed the evidence. That's clever and avoids a lot of pitfalls that exist in our culture. Sure hers isn't as big as the physical stuff that's happened but showing the evidence stops some or hopefully most of the online abuse from the cyber bullies , misogynists and fanboys that always hurt the victims more

Yes, in certain states, 16 is the age of consent, but would you really approve of your 16 year old daughter messing around with some 30 or 40 year old man? Or some man around that age rabdomly sending her nude pictures? Hell no. So don't even try this BS. IIRC there's a limit on the age of the other party as well.

But if he's innocent, he's been done far more wrong than sending a nude picture to a 16-year-old. And knowing that people can get away with damaging someone like that, it'll happen more and more often, because people.

Think about the shit that doesn't add up.

-She refuses to go to police because "WTF are police gonna do?"

-Ellsworth is carelessly giving away his nudies like that, and they haven't been leaked yet beforehand?

-Wrestlers message her like she's an old friend. RVD messages her all the time. Sabu hits on her too, wtf? Why her?
