If I had to put a number on it, I think 45 is when a wrestler truly starts becoming old. It does have a lot to do with wear-and-tear though. For Goldust to still be as good as he is is amazing.

A big portion of the NJPW roster is in their 40s and a lot of them can still go.
The touring schedule and emphasis on tag matches during the non big events helps keep guys in better condition for when they need to work a long form singles match. |
