I agree in theory. But I like the idea that sometimes to beat a tough opponent they got to resort to their high flying moves because they got nothing else.
When Usos do there little splash now there always seems to be this feeling of "we have to go all out to win this one."

I think it's more of a face move too tbh.
About Neville, I got the kayfabe feeling that he didn't think anyone was worthy of his Red Arrow. He was doing it on occasion but only in his big matches where he needed an ace in the hole. He could punish and defeat opponents without using his best move because he was that much better than all of them. /mark Basically what KlownArt said.

I'm totally fine with Bliss not using Twisted Bliss, though I'd like it if she brought it out as a last resort once in a while like Neville did. Just like KlownArt said.
And people have complained before about Seth wrestling too face-ish as a heel and while I don't hate it, I do kind of agree. I'm not gonna take points away for a heel pulling off a Phoenix Splash, but I do appreciate when heels wrestle more heelishly.

I'd love for her to include or reincorporate more flashy moves back into moves into her moveset. She used to do them in NXT and SDL but they've toned her down on RAW. Its frustrating because I know she can do so much more. I just want her to go babyface X_X

That's pretty much heel psychology 101: if you get a face pop off a move, stop doing it. JBL would do that, when he was trying to get more heel heat, he stopped using his fallaway slam because it was getting pops.

Considering her position on the roster, it's not like she's doing anything to hurt her character. Personally, I think she's one of the only people they have that actually "gets it" when it comes to being a character/personality on the show.
