Has he ever broke a story that ended up being true and a big deal?

All I ever see is stuff that ends up being completely bullshit or stories any of us could assume that there’s no way to prove or disprove.

No.

He reports stuff that most people can see materializing already and when he's wrong "plans changed."
What a good shot, man.

That’s how I feel, he is such a goddamn fraud and I have NO idea why his match opinions are held in such high regard, he literally has no more credibility than you or I.

A lot of things that you see people on twitter or forums elsewhere reporting are stuff that either came from him, or that he reported on very early. He's not going to break gigantic stories and burn bridges with insider sources, which is the reason you don't usually hear him discussing huuuuge stuff like that until after it was reported. Speaking of which, he's one of the best places to get the backstage reaction and historical leadup to events since he talks to a ton of people behind the scenes.

Dude's just a reporter, and 90% of what he does is innocuously report the news and watch a metric shitton of wrestling. I will never get over people being so perpetually whiny about his existence. Is it insecurity? Contrarianism? I guess I don't get it.

Agreed. I don't blame him for reporting the news, making conjecture based on what industry people have told him, or rating matches. That said, the guy seems like an asshole.

He's a meme. People are having fun with it. Don't get worked into a shoot, brother. -HH

He doesn't break news, he reports it.

He did call almost the entire WM33 card about 5 months in advance. It was around SvS IIRC when he reported it and everyone was all "LOL Meltzer! There's no way they'd waste AJ on Shane and have Orton vs Wyatt for the belt, that's the stupidest shit ever!", and then that was exactly what happened.

Mostly traditional stages, the occasional gimmick stage.

I dunno guys, he was pretty spot on that time he reported that plans changed.

Cause they did.

That was $10.99 well spent!
Dude, you were the "Marty Jannetty" of a tag team with Marty Jannetty in it, shut the **** up. - DizzyTechno on Al Snow

Literally the entire card was obvious by SvSish

Except Miz/Maryse v Cena/Nikki. That one I'll give him. By the time he reported the other matches they were already being foreshadowed

Anyone with a brain and some common sense can begin to piece together what the WrestleMania card will look like by about Survivor Series.
What a good shot, man.
