Much as been made this week about Ronda Rousey and her pals Marina Shafir, Shayna Baszler, and Jessamyn Duke entering the world of WWE. After of brief altercation with Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Bayley, it appears some sort of MMA/WWE super fight is in the works. But to Sasha Banks, Rousey and other MMA stars are nothing special

Banks appeared on the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast and opened up on the subject of Rousey in WWE. While she seems enthusiastic about the potential, she ultimately feels that Rousey should be forced to pay her WWE dues like everyone else:

"I feel like I keep hearing rumblings of that too, which is cool. It's awesome, but we are The Four Horsewomen and they're just fans. Yeah, and if they wanted to fight us, they need to get in the back of the line like everybody else, get a contract, train down at the [WWE] Performance Center, get on NXT, and try to get called up [to the main roster] just like everybody else," she asserted.

Banks would add a final back-handed compliment.

"She's an amazing athlete. She [has] changed the game. She'll never be [on Banks' level in the pro wrestling ring," she said.

lol at least it will be believable when someone rocks Ronda Rousey
Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds
Rousey can easily make the jump to the main roster.

The rest of the no name losers have to trudge their way through the performance center like the noobs they are.

What the hell is a Jessynonym Duke?

Ronda will be a stiff worker 100%. Ken and even Brock said coming from real fighting to fake wrestling is hard as f***.

Sasha is right. You have all these people with no wrestling experience coming to WWE and it's always a s*** show.

Remember Maria Menonous (the entertainment reporter), Snookie (from Jersey Shore), and a more coming to the WWE? It was crap.

The UFC women have an athletic background, sure, but whether or not that translates well to wrestling is something I'm wary about.

What's wrong with that anyway? Kairi should lose, her winning does nothing for her at all.

That isn't new to wrestling, its not like people like Blackman or shamrock were ever in wrestling. And since when did people need a wrestling background? Lots of people that learn wrestling have no background, plenty of college football players wrestle.

This. It's like how many wrestlers try acting in a movie. Not all pull it off but many try. Ronda Rousey had a good look , she has good interview technique which could mean good promo and has Brock like credibility. She could be huge. Let's not forget the rock , Goldberg and more came from football and were some of the biggest draws in history

Cept none of them instantly made the jump from college/NFL football to Monday Night Raw....they had to learn the ropes and grind just like everyone else...

These MMA Horseturds haven't even spent that much time "fake fighting" so why should they be granted a matchup with the actual Horsewomen?

Either way I did say people playing college football first which still stands. Goldberg even played professional football first. And I'm glad none answered my question on why this s*** even matters? Wrestling fans get mad at the dumbest s***.

That doesn't mean anything, she's in the finals and Kairi doesn't gain anything by winning it. Especially since Kairi will most likely get to the main roster first. I see this board just has an aversion when someone enters their oh so precious world of wrestling like it's so sacred.

That does not actually matter. She made the division important and was the star attraction on on some of the UFC cards. She failed in the end but she still left her mark. She was a fan of wrestling even during her UFC run.

I'm saying she and her troupe are undeserving of that name. Horseman/woman implies hard, good workers. These 4 are not.

He did football first, almost went to the NFL. He went to pro wrestler in the early 90s/late 80s. He did pancrase in 93.
