On the one hand....Rusev should see getting a singles match at this event against a legend like Taker as an honor....but if all the WWE ever does is throw him these "honors" where he is just losing in high-profile matches and not getting properly pushed, I can understand if he doesn't put up with it...in a way, the WWE would be just playing him...

it's more likely that either Jericho asked for the match or the Saudi prince(s) booking this demanded someone else. This event is likely being funded by the Saudis and they likely have a heavy hand in the booking.

I'm guessing Carol's Mum was from England in that case. Grandpa Tony was Canadien, Grandpa Felix and Grandma Catherine (Maiden name DiVincenzo, she was listed in the census and lived long enough to appear in Cena's 1st DVD) were Italian.
