He already did. Had a short feud with Joe, fought Balor for the Title, moved to the main roster where he didn't do much till he joined up with Titus. He must have hit the gym hard in those 24 hours after WrestleMania cause he's like 50lbs more muscle and a foot taller. I thought you couldn't teach height?

I guess, unlike Drew McIntyre, WWE was confident about bringing Lashley back directly to the main roster. Also, certain wrestlers bypass NXT, like AJ Styles, whom I guess WWE had lots of confidence in as well :)

I don't know if it has anything to do with "confidence", but rather, more about pedigree. Also, it's possible the workers, themselves, have somewhat of a say.
Like, I wouldn't be shocked if Drew legitimately asked to be part of NXT. Even if he didn't, he spent the last few years of his first WWE run basically being a jobber, and he had a solid run on the indies and TNA but didn't necessarily set the world on fire. AJ, comparatively, was always considered on the best workers in the world, the face of the TNA, and when he left TNA, he was immediately successful in Japan and the indies. Much higher pedigree than Drew. Lashley, eh... In his first run, he seemed like he was being positioned as an upper level guy before he abruptly left with his wife. He then simultaneously did MMA and TNA, and to my knowledge, did well in MMA (even though it was just Bellator), and was pushed pretty hard in TNA, winning and holding their world title quite a bit. So, I can see why Lashley is on the main roster right away. That said, I mean, it's not like they're hotshotting him right into a program with Brock or anything. He came back and beat up Elias, a guy who's basically just been a midcard guy who plays jobber to the stars here and there.

I'm a big fan of Ron Pasas. It's basically a vanilla icecream infused with rum and with small bits of raisins.

Still lashley is nowhere near the attraction aj is True. AJ Styles is on a whole different level. But Lashley is big, strong, agile and intimidating. He has exactly what Vince wants. Plus he was over during his initial run with the company too. He's too good for NXT at this stage of his career imo.

Been digging Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake lately.
