1995:
- Unabomb Vs The Undertaker - Smoky Mountain Wrestling 04/04/1995 – 2* - This would be the first meeting of Kane (going by the name Unabomb in Smokey Mountain Wrestling) against his long time rival his ‘half-brother’ Undertaker,
1997:
- Kane Vs Mankind – Survivor Series 1997 – 3* - This was Kane’s first PPV match, and it was against the Hardcore Legend – Mick Foley who helped make Kane seem like the monster that he is.
1998:
- Kane Vs The Undertaker – Wrestlemania 14 – 1 ½* - This would be the first meeting of Undertaker and Kane in a one on one match. Two "brothers" would go ahead and battle each other to see who would prevail as the number one brother. Long-term booking really comes into effect here, because the pay off was fantastic. I know I’m breaking one of my big ‘rules’ or whatever by saying this, but this is honestly a ridiculous rating for this match, not sure why he rated this so low.
- Kane Vs Stone Cold Steve Austin – King of the Ring 1998 – 3 ¼* - I still believe Kane’s best look was his 1997/1998 look when he looked like a standard horror villain that just couldn’t be put down, and I’m very happy that he was pushed into the main-event scene against the #1 guy in the company at the time Stone Cold Steve Austin, and not only beat him but won the prestigious WWF Championship.. however this reign would last for a measly 24 hours.
1999:
2000:
- Kane Vs X-Pac – No Way Out 2000 - 2 ¾* - In 1999, Kane would become a face and ally himself with DX member – X-Pac. X-Pac would get Kane to say his first words (Suck It, ironically), and get Kane to gain his trust.. until X-Pac would turn on him as well as his girlfriend Terri at the time. Kane would not be seen for a while until he, as well as Paul Bearer returned to Raw in 2000 to save Mick Foley, The Rock and other wrestlers from Triple H, The Radicalz and the rest of D-Generation X. I would argue that this is the coolest Kane moment of all time, single handily taking everyone down one by one.
2001:
- 30 Man Royal Rumble Match – Royal Rumble 2001 – 3 ¼* - This is without a doubt Kane’s MVP in a WWE match – he was an absolute star when this match finished with a total of 11 eliminations.. the most up until 2014 when Roman Reigns eliminated 12 people. In points of this match it becomes a Hardcore Royal Rumble, it also includes Kane setting the record for most eliminations (before the 2014 Rumble), the return of The Big Show, Undertaker & Kane aligning with each other once again – and you also the infamous bloody Rock and Stone Cold stare off. There’s a reason people consider this as one of the best Rumble matches in history, there’s so many big-time players in this match – the only couple missing competitors are: Benoit, Triple H, Jericho & Angle – and they all had matches earlier this night.
2002:
- Kane Vs Chris Jericho & Christian Vs Bubba Ray Dudley & Spike Dudley Vs Jeff Hardy & Rob Van Dam – 07/10/2002– 4 ¼* - This is a very fun fatal four way tag team match, it actually one the ‘Greatest Raw Match Ever’ at the Raw 10th anniversary awards show. Kane is the only single wrestler in this match, as his tag team partner Hurricane was taken out prior to the much.
2003:
- Kane Vs Triple H - Raw 23/06/2003 - This match was contested as a ‘Mask Vs Championship match’. It pulled great ratings for WWE who wanted to see what Kane’s face looked like. The intrigue of the last 7 years of seeing Kane unmasked finally came true for all WWE fans, it was like seeing Jason Vorheese without his mask for the first time. The storylines following the unmasking just went onto show how much of a Big Red Monster Kane would become.
2004:
- Kane Vs The Undertaker – Wrestlemania 20 – 1 ¼* - I’m not going to lie to you, this match sucked. So why is it on this list? Purely because of the promo and build up that helps set up this match and because of the entrances of the returning Dead Man Undertaker and also Kane’s father, Paul Bearer. Kane’s selling of The Undertaker being alive after he had buried him alive is some of the greatest of all time. The feud started back in November of 2003 and went all the way until March of 2004 and it all started because of Kane burying his brother, The Undertaker alive.
2005:
2006:
- Kane Vs Big Show - Raw 08/05/2006 - a technical masterpiece where 2 huge behemoths show that they have the technical wizardry down to a T. Credit: /u/lyyki
- Kane Vs Imposter Kane – Vengeance 2006 – ½* - The only reason I chose to include this match would be because I actually like the build up to May 19th which saw an imposter Kane (just a Masked Kane) was the day he burned his parents alive; however the execution was really poor. In reality the reasoning for this storyline was purely because of the release date for Kane’s WWE Studios movie – See No Evil.
2007:
2008:
- Kane Vs The Undertaker – Smackdown 01/04/2008 - I feel this match is often forgotten, this was a fun one on one match between to brothers, who were representing world champions for WWE and for ECW.
2009:
2010:
- Kane Vs Christian Vs Cody Rhodes Vs Dolph Ziggler Vs Drew McIntyre Vs Kofi Kingston Vs Matt Hardy Vs Big Show - Money in the Bank 2010 – 4* - In 2010, it seems that Kane was finally getting a big push as one of WWE’s number one heels – especially on the Smackdown brand. Let’s look at it honestly in 2010 so many big name wrestlers either left or became part-time so WWE decided to crown Kane as a top guy. He was on a vengeful rampage to see who attacked and left his brother The Undertaker in a ‘vegetated’ state – he would beat everyone, he won the Money in the Bank and became the quickest person to ever cash in the briefcase when he cashed in on the same night he won the briefcase and actually won the World Heavyweight Championship and would remain champion for more than half the year.
- Kane Vs The Undertaker – Night of Champions 2010 – 1 ¾* - In 2010, WWE put the two brothers in a feud yet again - however this time Kane would be the World Champion going into the matches and actually defeated his brother in 3 straight PPV matches - a No Holds Barred Match, a Hell in a Cell Match and a Buried Alive Match. In all fairness people really seem to dislike this trilogy; but out of the three matches I really prefer and enjoy this match.
2011:
- Kane Vs Randy Orton – Smackdown 22/07/2011 - This would be Kane's last wrestling match where he would be unmasked.
2012:
- Kane Vs John Cena – Elimination Chamber 2012 – 3* - Kane returned in December of 2011 with a new mask and attire; and embraced the 'Rise Above Hate' motto which he tried to get Cena to follow as well.
- Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) Vs Kofi Kingston & R-Truth – Night of Champions 2012 – 2 ¼* - In 2012 in a strange fashion Bryan playing the heel doing the obnoxious ‘yes’ and ‘no’ chant the crowds were loving him, and the WWE had started a feud with Kane and Bryan throughout the Summer, and then they decided to transition Bryan into a face.. sorta. Kane and Bryan would turn into a tag team and had a memorable moment where they ‘hugged it out’ and various ‘Anger Management’ segments. They were put into a tag team championship match at Night of Champions, and won and became a running joke that each member was ‘the’ tag team champion. I’d honestly go to say that their title reign really helped tag team wrestling when it was a dying breed in WWE throughout the late 00’s and early 10’s.
- Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) & Ryback Vs The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins) - TLC 2012 – 4 ½* - This was The Shields debut match in WWE and it really proved to audiences who didn't know the three members just how great they were and how they were gonna take the WWE to greater places. Bryan got to work with Rollins for the first time since 2008 in their Ring of Honor days, which was fantastic but just a preview of what we should get in the future. All 6 men put on a great performance and really outstanding showing by everyone, one of the best debut matches of all time.
2013:
- Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) & The Undertaker Vs The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins) – Raw 22/04/2013 - Whilst this was a special Raw because it was Undertakers first match on Raw in years, he was teaming with his younger brother Kane, reuniting the Brothers of Destruction.. and teaming with Kane’s partner Daniel Bryan. It’s one of those rare, random great Raw matches that I hope people get the chance to watch. The Shield were so over on WWE television that their entrance for this match/show was them arriving via Helicopter. It’s rare to get a match and appearance with Undertaker outside of Wrestlemania, but it’s also rare to be able to defeat Undertaker – but that’s what The Shield did, they would defeat The Undertaker & the rest of his team.
- Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) & Randy Orton Vs The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins) – Smackdown 11/06/2013 - In shocking fashion, this was the first time The Shield lost on WWE television, and it happened on a Smackdown instead of a big PPV, or just PPV in general. Strange booking aside, it was actually a really good match and all six men work well together.
