2008:
- The Miz Vs CM Punk – ECW 08/04/2008 – 3 ¼* - Very fun short match from the WWE’s version of ECW between two future world champions.
2009:
- The Miz Vs Primo – ECW 09/03/3009 – 3 ½*
- The Miz & John Morrison Vs Carlito & Primo – Raw 06/04/2009 – 3 ¼* - Unfortunately I can’t find a link for this match, but it was a rematch from their match the night before at Wrestlemania 25 which was a unifying match for the two branded tag-team championships.
2010:
- The Miz Vs Chris Jericho Vs Edge Vs Evan Bourne Vs John Morrison Vs Mark Henry Vs Randy Orton Vs Ted DiBiase Jr. – Money in the Bank 2010 – 4* - This was when WWE pulled the trigger on The Miz, he was a credible heel who would be able to get the over as one with the heel – he had finished his tag-team run with Morrison a year earlier and the sky was the limit for him.
- The Miz Vs Daniel Bryan – Night of Champions 2010– 3 ½* - The Miz was Bryan’s ‘pro’ in NXT earlier that year and the would argue with each other back and forth so it fit perfect that Bryan’s first feud in WWE would be against him, for the US Championship nonetheless.
- The Miz Vs Daniel Bryan Vs John Morrison – Hell in a Cell 2010 – 3 ½* - Back to back great PPV matches between Miz and Bryan, this time with the addition of Morrison and a falls count anywhere submission match it was one of the most memorable for that year.
2011:
- The Miz Vs John Morrison – Raw 03/01/2011 – 4* - This was in the early stages of The Miz’s WWE Title reign, he would feud with his former long-time tag team partner in the first Raw of 2011 in a fantastic Falls Count Anywhere match – this would be one of Morrison’s last memorable matches in WWE.
- The Miz Vs John Cena Vs John Morrison – Extreme Rules 2011 – 4* - This was Miz’ final match as WWE Champion and it was against the man he faced at Wrestlemania and his former tag-team partner (real life best friend) inside of a Steel Cage – very fun, fast paced match.
- The Miz & R-Truth Vs John Cena & The Rock – Survivor Series 2011 – 3 ½* - To make sure the Rock didn’t have any ring rust before he returned for his big fight with Cena at Wrestlemania 28 they set him up in a tag-team match where he would team with Cena and face the top heels on Raw – The Miz & R-Truth. Strangely enough The Miz and R-Truth were blamed for the poor buyrate for this PPV.
- The Miz Vs Alberto Del Rio Vs CM Punk – TLC 2011 – 4 ¼* - This was Punk’s first Championship defence at a PPV after winning the WWE Championship and who better to face then two of the top heels The Miz & Alberto Del Rio. Personally, I wish during Punks reign he would’ve feuded with Miz at least for a PPV but can’t do anything about that.
2012:
- The Miz Vs Cody Rhodes Vs Rey Mysterio Vs Sin Cara - Night of Champions 2012 - 3 ¼* - Many people looked over this match when they think of great matches in 2012, it’s a pretty decent match between 4 great mid-carders.
2013:
- The Miz Vs Curtis Axel Vs Wade Barrett – Payback 2013 – 3 ¼* - This was the match that should’ve started Curtis Axels great reign as Intercontinental Champion when he defeated Miz & Barrett but unfortunately it didn’t lead to match a rematch (between Miz & Axel) at the following PPV but nothing more.
2015:
2016:
- The Miz Vs Cesaro Vs Kevin Owens Vs Sami Zayn – Extreme Rules 2016 – 4 ½* - One of the best multi-man matches of 2016 so far this match put two feuds together and just let it be an all our brawl. Highly recommend everyone watches this match because at the end of the year when people discuss best matches this will be talked about a lot.
- The Miz Vs Dolph Ziggler – Backlash 2016 – 3 ¼* - These two seem to have small feuds with each other every year whether that’d be on weekly shows or PPV’s and rightfully so, most of the time they’re in the ring with each other they put on decent matches; this match is no different – personally I wish this match was rated higher.
- The Miz Vs Dolph Ziggler - No Mercy 2016 - 4 ½*
- The Miz Vs Dolph Ziggler - Raw 900 - 4*
- The Miz Vs Sami Zayn - Survivor Series 2016 - 3 ¼*
- The Miz Vs Dolph Ziggler - TLC 2016 - 4*
Honourable Mentions
- Mike Mizanin Vs Daniel Puder – Armageddon 2004 - Had to include at least one Tough Enough Match/Segment didn’t I?
- The Miz Vs Tatanka – Smackdown 01/09/2006 - The Miz’s debut match in WWE.
- The Miz & John Morrison Vs D-Generation X – Raw 03/11/2008 - The Miz & Morrison had been teasing a match with D-Generation X for months on ECW and on their WWE.com show ‘The Dirt Sheet’ so when the match finally happened it felt like a good pay off.
- The Miz Vs John Morrison – Bragging Rights 2009 - These two split up during the draft when Morrison got drafted to Smackdown in April, but these two men finally met each other in October in an inter-promotional match between the Intercontinental Champion (Morrison) and United States Champion (Miz). Personally, I’m pretty biased with this match – I think it’s great and rate it highly and think its one of the best matches from that year.
- The Miz Vs Daniel Bryan – Raw 13/09/2010 - This is one of Bryan’s first Raw matches and it is very good and its against his Bryans ‘pro’ Miz, but standard heel Miz he works the crowd fantastically.
- The Miz Vs Randy Orton – Raw 22/11/2010 - This was the day Miz had been waiting for his whole life – to win the WWE Championship and he did it when he cashed in his Money in the Bank on Randy Orton.
- The Miz Vs John Cena – Wrestlemania 27 - The Miz, a kid from MTV’s Real World, from Tough Enough, from hosting Diva’s search, from being just a mid-card wrestler was facing THE face of WWE – John Cena in the main event of a Wrestlemania to retain his WWE Championship. It’s not the best match, but hey it’s impressive to have it on your resume.
- The Miz Vs Alex Riley – Raw 04/07/2011 - Much like Morrison, Miz would turn on Riley who seemed to continue fail him, they would have very few matches with each other.
- The Miz Vs Rey Mysterio - Raw 25/07/2011 - This was the end of the WWE Championship tournament to crown a new champion after CM Punk had left, it’s actually a really good match between the two – unfortunately The Miz would come up short.
- Battle Royal for Intercontinental Championship – Battleground 2014 - Many people probably don’t remember (or don’t care about this match) but I think its actually one of the better Battle Royals in modern era and it helps set up the Miz/Ziggler feud for the next couple of PPV’s.
- The Miz Vs Dolph Ziggler Vs Cesaro – Raw 29/09/2014 - Great Raw match from that year, all three men work exceptionally with each other.
- The Miz Vs Damien Mizdow – Raw 20/04/2015 - Just like Morrison and Riley before him, Damien Mizdow was destined to feud with his protégé Miz – this match for who would get the rights to the ‘Miz’ name; probably the last time Damien Sandow was relevant to the WWE officials during his tenure with the company.
- The Miz Vs Zack Ryder – Raw 04/04/2016 - This was the start of the Miz’ self proclaimed never-ending Intercontinental Championship reign, and personally I hope that the Miz beats Honky Tonks 454 title reign. Fun match, very unexpected ending I suggest people watch if they want to see how the Miz won the championship for his current reign.
- The Miz Vs Dolph Ziggler – Smackdown 20/09/2016 - At this point if you’ve looked at this whole list you can probably say Miz’s best feud for his career would be Dolph Ziggler, or at least that’s what I believe. This match only happened a few days ago and I still think it was fantastic these two work so great with each other; great match in storytelling, looking forward to what they do next.
