- Since Roman is in peak physical condition, will that help him at all?
It's been proven athletes stand better chances at fighting disease, exhibit A, Magic Johnson.
Seriously though the fact he is wealthy and can afford the best cancer fighting options out there will play a bigger role in any possible recovery than his current fitness.
I think Michael Bivins was right, I haven't been cold-maxin' in a long time.

We're talking about Roman's money like WWE/Vince isn't paying for at least half of whatever America charges people for having the audacity to nearly die.

My father had chemeo and although he was not strong man... holy shit, his strength was amazingly way over the above and his fists were just...geez...so yeah, chemeo will fuck Roman up. I don't like him...but damn it this is sad. |

He now exists in the darkness of deletion. Brother Nero is only a vessel of flesh that is empty on the inside. I deleted everything that made him special.

Andy Whitfield says... no. Being healthy helps, but Whitfield was in absolute peak fitness for Spartacus. Still died aged 39 from non-hodgekins lymphoma 18 months after diagnosis, despite NHL having a 71% 5-year survival rate overall. Cancer is unpredictable, and the treatments take a toll on your body.

Anyone else find it weird that Vince wasn't there to see his golden boy off? Remember when Angle came back and cameras followed him to Vince and Vince told the camera man to get the fuck out of there? Vince is the type of dude to handle these sort of things in private, he probably didn't want cameras anywhere near him in that moment.
My power is discombobulatingly devastating, I could feel his facial tissue collapse under my force. Its ludicrous these mortals even attempt to enter my realm.

If you feed them, they'll continue. It's that simple.
Why do you continue to watch something that you don't like weekly? I don't get it. |

I think it should also be mentioned that immunotherapy is way more effective than chemo and radiation therapy. Immunotherapy is the way of the future and sooner than later chemo and radiation therapy will be a thing of the past. I think with immunotherapy Roman will be able to beat this.

Honestly I don't know if his physical condition will help all that much. I mean, I'm sure it will a bit, but cancer and chemo is funny like that. Plus we don't know exactly what he has or the severity of it. Considering it came back after 11 years it's probably fairly aggressive and it's hard to say how soon they caught it this time.
But chemo is going to wreck him more likely than not. So assuming he sends it back into remission and he fully intends on coming back full time, and assuming he sends it back into remission fairly quickly he's still going to lose the majority of his bulk and more likely than not his hair. Absolute best case scenario, imo, is probably 2 years before he'd be able to return/want to return and that's if absolutely everything goes his way. I don't think we need to think about the worst case scenario.
