Plus she turned a Total Divas offer down and missed a PPV date on short notice to deal with an undisclosed injury. Becky Lynch doesn't work within the company's interests so they soured on her.

She's been booked and pushed as the centre of the division, and even when Charlotte came in and someone else entirely was champion* she was still made centre of attention.
Every time, Becky wins most her matches and nearly all her feuds, but when she loses one week or someone else gets a run to avoid oversaturation certain people pretend she's been losing the whole time. *who you somehow claim is getting a 'big run' when she's been left off the actual angles despite being champ

Naomi won the title, apparently not even mainly based on her in-ring ability or overness, and thus has barely been used since. Even in the lead-up to a title match the second-biggest PPV in WWE. The company soured on her... by continuing her run with the title, making her look strong like Roman at Survivor Series to completely establish her as top dog over SD and most of Raw, give her a months long title program (and protect her to Cena levels where she never loses clean), put her over a returning women's legend, give her a WrestleMania match, and continue to make her centre of attention despite a new champion and the newest trade who also pretty much dominated Raw and let her test a gala match with a big name UFC fighter?... While putting her face on the WWE truck next to Cena, Roman and Flair and giving her a load of merch?... Wow Baron Corbin is in for the time of his life.

An abortion takes 2-4 days max to recover from. Truth is, she got the clap, which requires weeks to clear up if not more and is very contagious, especially in a sweaty wrestling environment. I'd also like to point out that WWE soured on Becky Lynch because she started to phone it in every week. She fell off like Dean Ambrose. Two top level talents that got too complacent.
I think they had big plans for Becky Lynch but then Naomi stepped up and grabbed the spotlight.
