It's funny how stupid wrestling fans are. Oh hey take this dick spot or look like any idiot in a match. That's okay. But Jesus if you're not good at fake fighting choreographed moves then WHY THE f*** ARE YOU IN MY RING. That's when they decide to take it seriously. They tell you to lighten up and not take wrestling serious. But when you aren't a fake fighting work rate guy they get real upset. Or when their guy doesn't win they take it way too serious. The only people who give a f*** about wrestling now are niche fans who like gymnastics. People like me or let's say Cornette are upset that something they loved so much has mitigated to this. Like he said on his podcast today. Every other sports athlete or entertainer makes way more money than they did. Except wrestling. The business is cooked. Don't take it too serious you old timer tho. On another note, do any average Dave fans ever wonder why he's never worked within a company proper? He has all of these "great" ideas, has a "keen eye" for talent, "understands" the industry so well... And yet he's some douche that writes articles. He even tries to mold his body like a wrestler.. . And yet has never worked a day one.
Surely someone as brilliant as the almighty average Dave would be gold to a company... Makes you wonder why no one ever offered him a position.

imo, Corbin should have left it at that instead of retreating and being apologetic and continue on his banter to other people. Never a good idea to push into sensitive topics, and addressing it just drew attention to it. Yeah he needed to stick to heel mode 100%.
