- Have we seen a career destroyed as fast as Paige before?

She was on top. She was a great story. Now when you see interviews about how she feels about being a role model you just cringe.
Can you think of anyone else that charged to the top that fast and then hit the bottom even faster?

Chyna was around for a while. She was the most dominant female wrestler ever. She even won the Intercontinental Championship, and was the first woman to do alot of things.
I don't think she rose or fell anywhere near as fast as Paige.

She became irrelevant in WWE long before she started having a meltdown in her personal life.
Evan Bourne was getting a decent push iirc and then screwed himself over by getting busted with drugs multiple times. RVD finally winning the WWE Championship and being a dual champ and basically losing it all right afterwards due to getting caught with pot with Sabu (or was it Sandman?)

Chris Benoit. No. He was around for a very long time. He was very respected and a champion of multiple belts multiple times. Paige is only like 24 years old. She's been wrestling like 10 years, only a couple in the wwe. The Crippler was around for 20 to 25 years.

Paige was never on top. Her first title reign was garbage. The WWE never put any proper focus on her until AJ Lee returned, and that was just because she was not being used to work with a star. Her second title reign was nothing more than a birthday gift. She did nothing with it. She got overshadowed by The Bellas. She lost it back to AJ. And she was demoted soon after. In other words, she got the same damn career the majority of female wrestlers in the diva era got.

She was definitely already on a decline before any of this happened. After the Charlotte feud, she did basically nothing noteworthy. Wasn't the last angle she was involved in the billionth recycled Total Divas Cast vs Women not on the show feud that was basically just thrown together for Brie Bella's sendoff?

The Ultimate Warrior deserves a mention. Yeah collectively he was around for a long time but he was never in one place very long.

If anything, TNA is where she rose to the level of being a star, not in the WWE. And she never fell there. All she got in the WWE was one title reign. She was never pushed as hard as Trish or Lita. She was just a credible jobber.
